Hey! So here's a little about me...

Not so great at writing about myself but here it goes... My name is Jack McClelland and as you can already tell I am a Law Student at Queen's University Belfast. I was born in Newry, Northern Ireland on the 9th July 1997 and continue to live there, still living rent free like most 22 year-olds.

 

I have just finished my first year of a Masters in Law, with one year left of studies. In 2019 I graduated from the University of Ulster Jordanstown with a Degree in Social Policy with Criminology. Alongside my studies I am working as a Legal Assistant in a Law firm and hope to work as a solicitor in the areas of Human Rights and Criminal law in the future.

 

I've been thinking about writing a blog for a number of years but like any good student my procrastination skills out matched my writing skills. There is no topic area or genre that I wanted to talk about, I just wanted to write about my thoughts on different topic areas and my life and experiences as a student, alongside my transition into the scary world of adulthood.
